Individual Therapy
A grounded, attachment-based approach to understanding yourself and creating meaningful change.
I work with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others.
You may be seeking individual therapy because you’re navigating anxiety, relationship distress, life transitions, or a sense that something feels “off,” even if you can’t fully name it yet.
Some clients come to individual therapy alongside couples work. Others come on their own, wanting space to slow down, reflect, and understand their emotional world more clearly.
This work is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding what shaped you, how your nervous system responds to stress and connection, and how to move through life with more awareness and steadiness.
Who I Work With
My work is grounded in attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms or surface-level coping strategies, we look at the emotional patterns underneath your experiences. Together, we explore how your history, relationships, and protective responses influence the way you relate to yourself and others today.
Sessions are collaborative and therapist-led. I offer structure, reflection, and guidance while creating space for you to move at a pace that feels sustainable.
This is a process of building emotional awareness, safety, and flexibility, not quick fixes or performance-based change.
